Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Faisal Mohammed Al Sooj ("we", "us", "our"), trading as "Top Ten List" / "ALSOOJ", regarding your use of the Top Ten List game and related services (the "Service"), available at toptenlist.app.

By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent) and that any information you provide is accurate.

Top Ten List is a multiplayer trivia / guessing game. We provide categories, questions, gameplay mechanics, and optional paid content (single-category unlocks, monthly and yearly all-access subscriptions, and other digital items).

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Send spam, harass other users, or post hateful or illegal content;
• Infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Probe, scan, scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
• Introduce malware, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, or share/resell paid content;
• Circumvent technical limits, paywalls, or single-device restrictions.

The Service, including its software, branding, categories, questions, artwork, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial enjoyment within the plan you have purchased.

If you submit content (e.g. community categories, questions, feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and use that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the rights to do so.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms which govern payment, billing, taxes, currency conversion, and renewal of subscriptions.

Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the in-app subscription management link. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Features may change, be added, or be removed at our discretion.

We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of our Acceptable Use rules. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us (or to Paddle on our behalf) in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for fraud, death, or personal injury).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Qatar shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
