We want you to enjoy Top Ten List. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

What's Covered

  • Monthly and yearly all-access subscriptions (within the 30-day window of the original purchase or the most recent renewal)
  • Creator Pass and other one-time digital purchases

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all purchases. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at support@toptenlist.app with your order details and we will help you process the refund.

Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel an active subscription at any time from the in-app subscription management screen. After cancellation, you will keep access until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. Cancelling a subscription does not by itself trigger a refund — to also request a refund within the 30-day window, follow the steps above.

Failed Renewals

If a renewal payment fails, Paddle will retry over a short grace period and you will see a notification in the app. You can update your payment method from the in-app subscription management screen.
